Cliffhanger :) Can't wait to find out what happened next. Thank you for sharing Jodie.

PS I was in my 50's when I changed my life recently ... from Inclusion Lead in a large primary school to crochet designer. It was goodbye management, hello creativity :)

Bless you - thanks Jodie.

I think you'll agree, it's a totally different life. And best of all, we get to not only find out who we are without all the 'labels' but explore the possibilities that open out for us :)

I am fascinated to see what comes next. As a former teacher, who like you, worked hard to get to a position that I thought would fulfill me, didn't turn out to be what I wanted at all and was determined to pull the breaks on and begin again! I look forward to the next adventure!

Thanks so much Deborah for your encouragement :) How interesting that you too were a former teacher who also found out it wasn't what you wanted. Your determination to begin again no doubt has paid off :)

Jodie I’m hooked!!! I want the rest of the story!!! Ahhh thank you so much for finally sharing your journey; it’s incredibly interesting thus far. I would’ve never guessed that you were a high school teacher in a previous life, but then again most people wouldn’t guess it about me either 😉. Being a food technology teacher sounds about as fun as it gets.

Can’t wait for next week’s installment of the story.

I was a high school teacher indeed — biology and conceptual physics.
